CRAIG'S ANSWER:
Maybe a ghost did share your bed but there is another possible explanation. Some
people , particularly those who are capable of vivid dreams, can
enter a state of awareness known as lucid dreaming. The dreamer
'wakes up' within the dream and retains the same clarity of thinking
as in normal waking consciousness.
Research now reveals that these
lucid dreamers can direct their dreams, much like a film director
directs a film and can even alter the dreams content at will. A
technique known as 'Creative Sleep' , based on methods used by Tibetan
Yogis over 4 centuries ago, teaches the subject to solve problems
and gain access to hidden stores of energy. Lucid dreaming can also
open our awareness to the spirit world. |
